What each category does
Syphon Optimizer is split into focused system categories. Here is what each one targets inside Windows.
CPU

By default, Windows uses your upload bandwidth to distribute updates to other PCs worldwide via peer-to-peer (Delivery Optimization). Syphon Optimizer disables this so your full bandwidth is yours.

Windows "Balanced" power plan parks CPU cores and limits turbo boost to save power - even on desktops. Syphon Optimizer forces High Performance mode so every core runs at max speed when needed.
Windows collects data about everything you do
The DiagTrack telemetry service runs 24/7, sending usage data to Microsoft. It uses your CPU, RAM, disk, and network in the background. Syphon Optimizer stops it.
